CANCELLATIONS

• Less than 2 hours notice - No refund
• More than 2 hours but less than 8 hours - 50%
• Over 8 hours - 100%
• After 18.00 and for next day hire - 50%

SURCHARGES

• Xmas Eve / Xmas Day / Boxing Day - 100%
• New Years Eve / New Years Day - 100%
• At weekends, bank holidays and for journeys outside the M25 London orbital motorway, rates are:
  £60 per hour (Mercedes S class & MPV)
  £45 per hour (Mercedes E class)
• All hires will be calculated as starting and finishing at Hyde Park Corner.
• Use of car phone: £1 per minute UK • £2 Europe • £3 Rest of the World.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We have a No Smoking policy in all cars
• All charges are calculated from base-to-base (Hyde Park Corner, London)
• We reserve the right to add a service charge (10%) to the full invoice for account /credit card payments
• The first 10 miles in every hour are included in the price
